Manettas Law charges one flat fee to fight your case until it’s resolved by either dismissal, plea, or trial.

 

The fee varies case-by-case, and covers all services rendered by the attorney. Services include communication with you and the court, filing and arguing any motions, plea negotiation, and representation at all court and trial proceedings.

 

You can pay the fee by card, cash, or money order. Additionally, cases might present the opportunity for other costs that will enhance a case, such as requesting transcripts of prior proceedings or using expert witnesses.
